Definition

Assists are earned whenever a player deals damage onto an opponent that was eliminated by the damage dealer's team.

Any unhealed damage onto an opponent is eligible for an assist as long as it is a non-zero amount.

Approach

The calculation works the same as damage contribution.

The difference is that except a player's assist stat is incremented by one if they dealt unhealed damage.
